Summary

Join Hertility as a Senior Brand Manager to lead and scale the brand. This hands-on role requires managing campaigns, a small team, and business-critical projects to boost awareness, trust, and conversions. You will collaborate cross-functionally, plan, execute, and optimize brand initiatives across all touchpoints, focusing on scaling content and campaigns. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract, fully remote, open to UK-based applicants requiring regular travel to London, with a salary of £50k-£60k. There's a possibility of converting to a permanent role. You will report to the VP of Growth and work with various teams within the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a brand role, ideally within DTC, health tech or purpose-led businesses. Strong campaign planning skills across content, media and creative
  • Experience working with social media campaign strategy, execution and analysis, with a focus on success in organic channels
  • Comfortable leading projects and coaching junior team members
  • Confident using brand, content and customer data to inform strategy. Familiarity with audience research, segmentation or user testing. Confidence in performance metrics and campaign reporting
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a creative eye and commercial mindset
  • Experience working in a startup environment - a go-getter who can roll up their sleeves to activate from execution through to strategy
  • Passionate about women’s health and building brand equity through trust and education

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with the founders' vision and voice
  • Plan and deliver brand, product, and seasonal campaigns across social, email, influencer, and partnerships
  • Oversee the content calendar and guide creative development for a cohesive cross-channel presence
  • Work with Growth to deliver integrated media plans and campaign performance tracking
  • Manage the Social Media Manager and Content Creator, supporting agile planning and high-quality brand delivery
  • Lead strategies from outreach to performance tracking, ensuring alignment with brand values
  • Track brand and campaign results using tools like GA4 and Triple Whale, sharing insights to guide future strategy
  • Assist with press efforts and provide brand-aligned messaging for media opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver consistent, brand-aligned assets and champion creative experimentation
