Requirements

• Previous experience in a client services role
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

Responsibilities

• Administer all processes related to providing quality support to our clients
• Work closely with other departments, including sales, content production, and community management teams, to address client concerns and feedback
• Analyze client service metrics and compile reports on performance and satisfaction levels, offering recommendations for improvements
• Supervise the management of customer complaints and complex client issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and promptly
