Junior Client Services Manager

Summary

The job description is for a Junior Client Services Manager at Digital Turbine based in London who will support the UK Brand team with client reporting, proposal plan creation, custom app list creation, post-campaign analysis, etc. The candidate should have a BA/BS degree and experience in Digital Media.

Requirements

• BA/BS required (Business, Economics, Analytics, and Marketing preferred) and/or equivalent experience
• Experience in Digital Media at an agency, publisher or Ad Tech company

Responsibilities

• Support the UK Brand Client Services Team with client reporting, proposal plan creation, custom app list creation, post-campaign analysis, etc
• Assist in managing multiple client campaigns and ensure a successful launch, delivery, and performance
• Manage throughout the pre-launch process: asset collection, creative build, client kick off calls, etc
• Post-campaign launch duties: client reporting and optimisation recommendations
• Identify potential upsell/incremental opportunities
• Provide outstanding customer support to clients
• Work collaboratively with other departments i.e. creative, ad ops, billing, sales, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Programmatic Advertising knowledge is a plus
