Requirements
- Demonstrable consulting experience and/or experience of delivering changed within Financial Services
- Change management experience: Design, Analysis, Build, Testing, Go-Live
- Solid understanding of Financial Services products and lifecycle events
- Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively facilitate meetings, illicit requirements, communicate across various levels of seniority cross-functionally and drive meaningful conversations
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to develop clear and compelling written documentation
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end delivery of consulting projects which includes initial scoping, planning, execution, monitoring and closure thereby ensuring quality and timely output
- Assist in managing and building client relationships by supporting key client stakeholders and accounts. Contribute to understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for further collaboration within the consulting practice and the broader firm
- Propose ideas and suggestions for improving methodologies, tools, and processes to increase efficiency
- Stay updated on relevant client/industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations. Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, thought leadership articles, and develop intellectual property for the practice
- Act as a strong and collaborative team player who brings a sense of innovation and problem-solving to the group. Contribute to a culture where challenges are welcomed as opportunities for growth, and help foster collective success and professional development
Preferred Qualifications
As an experienced Consultant, you will be expected to be comfortable working on an independent basis and managing your own workload with minimal supervision
