Responsibilities

• Recognize and understand customer needs and assist in developing data-based business models and process optimization strategies
• Contribute to the development of governance structures and formulation of action plans for data strategies, AI, and Business Intelligence solutions
• Drive organizational development through sustainable change management
• Organize and lead workshops and training sessions to ensure project success
• Participate in projects from start to finish, including customer interaction, project management, and quality assurance. Collaborate closely with management for transparent communication
• Attend workshops and training sessions to acquire necessary knowledge and stay up-to-date on digital trends and technological innovations
• Conduct interviews with interdisciplinary teams and technology partners to identify customer needs
• Assist in developing, formulating, and presenting recommendations for client data strategies
• Develop and present data recommendations, introduce new support options, and convince future clients
