Summary
Join Packaged Agile as a Junior Consultant and support mission-critical initiatives around financial systems, data operations, analytics, and technology modernization. This remote, full-time position requires a blend of technical, analytical, and client-facing skills. You will partner with clients, develop financial models, define requirements for analytical software, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 2+ years of consulting experience, and US citizenship with an active Public Trust clearance are required. Preference is given to candidates with federal consulting experience, particularly within the Department of the Treasury, and those residing in an SBA HUBZone.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with an active Public Trust or higher-level clearance
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, financial systems, or data analytics
- Bachelorβs degree in Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics or other applicable quantitative or technical field
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with and aptitude for programming languages such as Python, SAS, VBA, SQL, and R
- Data Visualization experience using Power BI or Tableau
- Interest and ability to work in a project-based environment with specific deadlines, where the schedule can be unpredictable at the time
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality work
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex data and business processes and communicate your findings in a clear, concise manner that builds trust and confidence with our clients
- Proven experience working with federal government clients , preferably in the Department of the Treasury or other financial agencies
- Familiarity with modern IT systems, enterprise applications, and data workflows
Responsibilities
- Partnering with client staff of all levels to understand issues and needs and working to solve them through the development of specific analytical tools
- Developing and validating financial models and analytical tool(s)/software used for portfolio management, valuation/pricing/costing, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
- Defining functional requirements and designing testing strategies for analytical software applications
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets in various software packages using statistical and econometric techniques
- Clearly communicating complex, technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients
- Planning and executing project tasks
- Working closely with internal Project Managers and teammates to facilitate project support

Benefits
$85,000 - $95,000 a year
