Responsibilities

Execute key tasks within project workstreams
Gather and analyze data to support decision making
Develop project artifacts like process flows, requirements docs, and presentations
Track project tasks, milestones, risks, and issues
Assist in the development and implementation of SPM components for client projects
Contribute to the creation of business capability-focused roadmaps and resource allocation plans
Conduct data analysis and research to support SPM strategies and recommendations
Assist with stakeholder management and communications
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices
Support development of project deliverables and status reports
Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing support to senior team members
Learn and apply SPM methodologies and tools in practical client situations
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support project execution

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SPM tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)) is highly desired
Basic understanding of SPM concepts and eagerness to learn more
