Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project or creative program management
• Written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
• Understanding of KPI's for marketing and sales

Responsibilities

• Contribute constantly to the expansion of the course portfolio on the SKVOT platform
• Find cool lecturers and prepare creative courses with them
• Understand the target audience for each subject and prepare the promotion strategy
• Collaborate closely with the marketing department for optimization of campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure a successful product
• Monitor the progress of the course constantly
• Manage communication with all parties involved for better promotion and course execution
• Ensure the success of courses through weekly actions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the online education domain is an advantage
