Junior Ops Manager

Summary

The job description is for an operations team member who will support in various areas of production, assist with admin functions, and learn to support on smaller creative and digital projects. The role requires computer literacy, knowledge of Excel and Microsoft, experience with Adobe Cloud, and the ability to learn quickly.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and use different platforms quickly
• Computer literate
• Good knowledge of excel and Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timesheets are updated daily
• Assisting with PO’s, invoicing and credit card reconciliation
• Assist in resource scheduling and booking of FL’s
• Assist in utilisation reporting
• Assist in tracking and reporting against hour anomalies on projects
• Assist in tracking OT and FL spend
• Support with smaller single channel projects
• Ability to support the wider team on software & admin projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Monday a bonus
• Experience with Adobe Cloud beneficial
