Mad Collective is seeking a self-optimized, fast thinking Junior Traffic Manager with 1-2 years of experience in the performance marketing industry. The candidate will manage various advertiser and partner accounts, perform data analysis, find and analyze competitor marketing materials, and stay updated on industry trends. Requirements

• 1-2 years in the performance marketing industry
• Degree in Sales, Marketing or Advertising, or other relevant education/experience
• Strong computer and internet competence
• Microsoft/Google Office, especially Excel/Sheets
• Analytical thinking for growth and optimization
• Strong negotiation and communication skills and strategies
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Extreme ownership mindset is an absolute must

Responsibilities

• Manage variety of advertisers and partners accounts
• Creative oversight and ad tech implementation
• Record and communicate stats and reports to internal and external parties
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
• Find and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials
• Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities
• Prepare sales reporting, presentation of findings and other marketing documentation as needed
• Other marketing tasks as needed
