Summary
The Junior Talent Manager at Mythic Talent supports the talent management team in developing and managing the careers of their talent roster. Required skills include strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to work collaboratively, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications, knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, advertising, and talent management. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred along with 1 year of experience in talent management, marketing, or campaign management.

Responsibilities
- Assisting Senior Talent Managers
- Organize campaigns, coordinate meetings, and assist with client communications for approximately 15-20 talents on the assigned Senior Talent Managerβs roster
- Facilitate communication between talent, clients, and internal team members to ensure smooth execution of projects and engagements
- Manage and resolve communication issues and conflicts
- Assist in talent scouting and recruitment efforts by conducting research, identifying potential talent, and assisting with outreach
- Help maintain a database of potential talent and contribute to the talent acquisition process
- Evaluate and recommend potential talent for recruitment based on company goals
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date talent databases, portfolios, and records
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for talent as needed
- Coordinate logistics and ensure that all arrangements are made in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to senior talent managers, including drafting emails, preparing documents, and managing correspondence
- Attend meetings, industry events, and talent showcases to network and stay updated on industry trends
- Build relationships with industry professionals and stay informed about developments in the talent management landscape
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for talent development and promotion
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by your Senior Talent Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1 year of experience in talent management, marketing, or campaign management preferred
