Requirements

  • Newly graduated with a Bachelorโ€™s Degree - or equivalent experience
  • High attention to detail and inquisitive
  • Self-starter with good time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software features and clearly communicate their value

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams and key customer users to understand clientโ€™s sales goals and objectives
  • Support the team with client campaigns planning, content creation, setup, and activation
  • Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, webinars, presentations, and reporting
  • Assist with user and account management related tasks and document preparation
  • Research and build a strong understanding of client organizations and provide insights to the wider team
