Requirements

  • Newly graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree - or equivalent experience
  • A high attention to detail and inquisitive
  • A self-starter with good time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software features and clearly communicate their value

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with internal teams and key customer users to understand client’s sales goals and objectives
  • Supporting the team with client campaigns planning, content creation, setup, and activation
  • Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, webinars, presentations and reporting
  • Assisting with user and account management related tasks and document preparation
  • Researching and building a strong understanding of client organizations and providing insights to the wider team
  • Learning and providing expertise on PriceBeam’s suite of products
