Join PriceBeam's expanding Customer Success team as a Junior Customer Success Manager and help grow, retain, and upsell accounts with different businesses.
Requirements
- Newly graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree - or equivalent experience
- A high attention to detail and inquisitive
- A self-starter with good time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software features and clearly communicate their value
Responsibilities
- Partnering with internal teams and key customer users to understand client’s sales goals and objectives
- Supporting the team with client campaigns planning, content creation, setup, and activation
- Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, webinars, presentations and reporting
- Assisting with user and account management related tasks and document preparation
- Researching and building a strong understanding of client organizations and providing insights to the wider team
- Learning and providing expertise on PriceBeam’s suite of products
