Summary
The Junior Ecosystem Marketing Manager will work closely with innovative web3 projects in the Chainlink BUILD program, manage co-marketing relationships, coordinate deliverables, and serve as a marketing account manager for BUILD projects. The role requires 2+ years of experience in ad sales, marketing, PR, or ecosystem management in web3, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the blockchain space.
Requirements
- 2+ years of ad sales, marketing or PR account management or ecosystem management experience in web3
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proactively identify and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes while navigating competing priorities
- Ability to adapt communication style across varying seniority levels within an organization
- Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, and limited resources
- A self-starter mentality, able to work independently and proactively to resolve issues
- Passion for the blockchain space and understanding of the ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing relationships with current and new BUILD teams
- Deliverables may include, but are not limited to: recurring calls with team founders or marketing leads to identify co-marketing opportunities, developing joint marketing campaigns, marketing onboarding of new projects, and serving as the marketing account manager for BUILD projects
- Coordinate the timely development, approval, and execution of marketing deliverables
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Chainlink marketing teams to support co-marketing deliverables; act as a point of escalation if issues arise
- Coordinate and organize BUILD team participation at 1P and 3P events
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field
