Requirements

  • Further education in finance accounting or similar qualifications are a plus
  • First experience in accounting or finance is an advantage
  • Enjoy organizational and administrative tasks
  • Reliable, structured work style and enjoyment of details
  • Secure handling of MS Office and ideally accounting software DATEV Unternehmen Online

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Manage and organize office matters: orders, filing, and general office management
