Summary

Join WorkMotion's Customer Success team as a Junior Growth Customer Success Manager and contribute to a seamless client experience in global employment. You will own and drive the client journey, from onboarding and active product usage to retention and smooth transitions. This role requires excellent communication, a customer-centric mindset, and strong time management skills. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer success, sales, or business development, along with excellent English and German language skills. The position is open to those within a two-hour radius of the Central European Timezone.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles
  • Language: English, German - excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members
  • Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters!
  • High Empathy: ability to understand and resonate with clients' feelings and perspectives
  • Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs
  • Team Collaboration: work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Owning and Driving Client’s Journey with WorkMotion
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship with WorkMotion
  • Active Product Usage: Monitor your client portfolio's health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns. Make them expand with us!
  • Client retention activist: Facilitate the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition while leaving the door open for future opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • System Knowledge: familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations
  • Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction
