Summary

Join airSlate's global People Operations team as an HR Operations Specialist (US Focus) based in the Philippines! You will be the primary point of contact for US employee benefits, ensuring a best-in-class experience. Responsibilities include coordinating offer letters, managing 1099 independent contractor agreements, and partnering with various teams to manage HRIS and benefits platforms. You will also play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, creating employee communications, and assisting with open enrollment and compliance. This role requires strong HR benefits administration experience, specifically supporting US benefits, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a night shift premium and a flexible work environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR benefits administration,specifically supporting U.S. benefits
  • 4-5 years of experience in HR operations roles
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically
  • Strong understanding of HRIS/benefits systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Able to explain complex benefits topics clearly
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership. Takes initiative to identify and solve problems proactively

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for U.S. employee benefits questions, supporting programs such as health, dental, vision, life, disability, leave of absence, and wellness
  • Coordinate and process offer letters for new hires in the U.S
  • Support the administration of 1099 independent contractor agreements and documentation
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and external vendors to manage enrollments, changes, and terminations in our HRIS and benefits platforms
  • Own the accuracy of benefits data. Audit enrollments, invoices, and payroll deductions to ensure error-free processing
  • Support benefits-related employee communications, FAQs, and guides to promote understanding and engagement
  • Assist with open enrollment, plan renewals, and annual compliance requirements (e.g., ACA reporting, 5500 filings) by coordinating data and documentation
  • Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall benefits experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external providers to resolve complex benefits cases with care and speed. Escalate issues when needed
  • Handle ad-hoc HR administrative tasks and special projects that enhance the employee experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment is a plus
