Join Uberall as an Implementation Consultant and become the primary point of contact for delivering our SaaS solution to international clients and resellers. Requirements
- Be fluent in English AND French or German
- Have relevant professional experience at a B2B software company in relation to a product requiring explanation, preferably in the areas of digital marketing, e-commerce or IT
- Have experience in an Implementation/Onboarding Specialist role or similar, familiar with the technical requirements for delivering a SaaS solution to international customers
- Have customer-facing experience, focus on increasing customer satisfaction and reducing customer churn through technical solutions
- Enjoy training, assisting and solving problems with great solutions
- Use all resources available to analyse something from a different angle and strive for your customers adoption and success
- Have strong business acumen, be familiar with the Sales cycle and understand the stakes of our customers
- Be able to quickly familiarise yourself with new and complex technology
- Prioritise and organise yourself to have your portfolio under control
- Have worked with ticketing and CRM systems in the past (e.g. Jira, Salesforce)
- Be tech-savvy (backend & API) and have experience with large datasets (Excel (advanced), SQL) and reporting tools (JIRA, Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the implementation of our solution and the onboarding of our customers
- Ensure a smooth implementation, to increase early adoption and drive a successful collaboration between Uberall and our customers
- Deliver an onboarding plan in accordance with the customer’s roadmap, by coordinating and collaborating closely with the teams involved in the process (Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Product…)
- Assess, understand and offer the best resolution to any challenge our customers wish to overcome
- Be responsible for escalating misalignments identified throughout the onboarding via the appropriate internal channels (e.g. Jira, Salesforce)
- Your expertise about the directories we are working with (Google, Facebook…) will be a reliable asset to guide our customers towards success
- Become familiar with our processes and support the rest of the Customer Operations department in their efforts to constantly develop and improve our Product knowledge, internally and externally
- Work on individual projects and bring your suggestions to the front when it comes to process improvements and optimization
- Strive for constantly enriching the available documentation, internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with management of Google Business Profile or Facebook Business Manager
- Have experience working in an international team
- Be open to new ideas and approaches
- Be able to work independently and be comfortable working remotely
