Junior Implementation Support Engineer

Summary

The job is for an Implementation Support Manager at EMIL Group, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. The candidate will support project managers in configuring and implementing the platform at client level, with no direct client contact. Required skills include basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, IT affinity, minimum 1 year experience in software development or related fields, fluent English, and a plus for German, AWS cloud experience, business IT background, and degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configuring BPMN workflows in Camunda process engine
• Writing calculations in Typescript
• Configuring web booking funnels via HTML and CSS
• Configuring docX documents or HTML documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience with an AWS cloud platform is a plus
• A finished degree in computer science or related field is not mandatory
• Background in business IT is a plus
• IT background / courses
