Summary
Join our team as a Jr Operations Specialist and support our growing Connect business line. You will play a key role in supporting billing, legal contracts, BI, and operational efficiency. Your main tasks will include operational support and insurance tasks, BI & data analysis, finance & billing, legal & contracts, and homologation & customer integration. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an operational or analytical role, fluency in Spanish and English, and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Requirements
- Experience: 2β3 years in an operational or analytical role
- Languages: Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
- High adaptability and multitasking ability
- Proactivity and a drive for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Help design workflows and suggest improvements to operational tools
- Support cross-functional project initiatives as needed
- Coordinate insurance integration tasks with centers
- Monitor progress, flag issues, and collect required data
- Update existing dashboards, supporting accurate and timely reporting of business KPIs
- Assist in data analysis and help monitor KPIs to support management decisions
- Support with external customer requests for data and insights, as well as internal data inquiries
- Assist with billing models and invoicing processes
- Help generate financial reports and support budget tracking
- Support budget planning and help monitor financial performance against budget
- Follow up on contract signing and addendum processes
- Coordinate with external law firms as needed
- Lead customer homologation processes
- Help ensure smooth onboarding for new customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data tools (SQL, Looker)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Project management tools (e.g., Hive)
- Prior experience in SaaS or healthcare sectors
