Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field. Internship experience may be considered
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Analytics
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers
• Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for lead generation and conversion
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns
• Conduct research on target markets, industries, and competitors to identify potential opportunities for lead generation
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and lead generation
