Summary

Join Chaos, a leading global software company, as a Junior Marketing Automation Manager and contribute to their innovative visualization and design solutions. This role involves managing and maintaining their marketing automation system (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and smooth platform functionality. You will build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other systems, collaborate with various teams to streamline processes, and optimize marketing automations for campaigns, events, and webinars. This position offers remote working options in Bulgaria or Germany and requires a work/residence permit for the chosen location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing concepts
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics
  • Process-oriented and detail-focused, with a keen eye for improving operational workflows
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken), German/Bulgarian is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain marketing automation system (HubSpot), ensuring clean data flows and reliable integrations—especially with Salesforce
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth platform functionality
  • Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business-critical systems to ensure seamless data exchange and automation across platforms
  • Work closely with Sales, Data, and Systems teams to align processes, streamline lead handoffs, and support shared goals
  • Collaborate with the team to support campaigns, events, and webinars, by building and optimizing marketing automations, nurture programs, and lead handovers aligned with lifecycle stages and campaign goals
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data by cleaning outdated or incorrect records and optimizing data processes
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and work on automating or improving workflows for scalability and better performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest MarTech trends, tools, and best practices; bring fresh ideas into the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with integration projects (e.g. data enrichment tools like Clay)
