Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce CRM)
  • At least 1 year proven experience in a marketing/Marketo specialist role, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI)
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, and digital marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with SaaS renewal operations, digital technology product lines
  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business needs and customer personas
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs, campaigns, or initiatives
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer success
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best Marketo management practices
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage competing priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day tactical marketing operation standpoint, basic reporting, ad-hoc reporting, developing strategy, performing upkeep on the Marketo platform, etc
  • Marketo Administration/Program Management: Support day-to-day management of the Marketo platform, including creating and updating programs, campaigns, traffic managers, and flow
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns to prospects, including segmentation, scheduling, and tracking
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of emails, landing pages, and forms to ensure functionality and deliverability
  • Day-to-Day Tactical Tasks: Program/Campaign Building and QA, Event/Webinar/Lead list imports, Email segmentation/construction and Testing and QA for prospects, Marketo Webinar Construction
  • Collaborate with the various cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing operations strategy
