Summary
Join Picus Security, a leading security validation company, as a Marketing Operations Analyst. Requirements
- Proven experience in a Marketing Operations Analyst or Data Analyst role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools)
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, API integrations, Google Data Studio, and creating data pipelines
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on marketing performance metrics and pipeline
- Collaborate closely with revenue/sales operations to build pipeline models, track conversion and analyze GTM targets on a semi-annual basis keeping marketing in sales aligned on targets
- Dive deep into marketing data to uncover trends, define KPIs, and help teams test hypotheses effectively
- Monitor marketing ROI and efficiency to provide insights on areas of the marketing go to market for optimization focus
- Build dashboards and scorecards to align marketing leadership that visualize key marketing metrics for cross-functional teams
- Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
- Help manage the technical aspects of key marketing systems like CRM and marketing automation platforms to streamline data and ensure quality output
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance marketing team performance and data capabilities
