Join our team as a Junior Marketing Operations Specialist and contribute to high-impact marketing campaigns! This fully remote position, available to applicants in Mexico and Central America, supports our creative studio in delivering impactful campaigns across our solution portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, focusing on planning, building, and launching messaging campaigns via Braze, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Responsibilities include campaign QA, segmentation, personalization, performance tracking, and light WordPress content updates. Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity. This role offers growth opportunities in marketing operations, campaign technology, and creative automation within a dynamic, global team.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience or relevant internship in CRM marketing, digital marketing, or campaign operations
- Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar tools like Salesforce, Iterable, or Klaviyo)
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email and landing page formatting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with (or interest in learning) Liquid and personalization logic
- Enthusiasm for using Generative AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
- Comfortable working across B2B and B2C marketing initiatives
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Understanding of A/B testing principles and campaign optimization
- Experience using WordPress, Pardot, Figma, Canva
- Interest in marketing analytics and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, GA4)
Responsibilities
- Execute Messaging Campaigns in Braze – Assist with the end-to-end setup of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app), including configuration, targeting, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate across B2B and B2C campaigns, ensuring accurate, timely execution for both global brand and app-based marketing
- Personalize at Scale – Use tags, segments, and Liquid logic to build personalized user experiences across touchpoints
- QA Every Detail – Perform thorough quality assurance across devices and browsers to ensure pixel-perfect message delivery
- Leverage Generative AI – Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic Write) to support draft content, test variations, brainstorm subject lines, or speed up campaign workflows
- Track & Report – Monitor campaign performance, compile results, and collaborate with the team to improve future executions
- Update WordPress Content – Make basic updates to blogs and landing pages including formatting, imagery, and SEO tags
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Creative, Product, and Analytic teams to ensure message consistency, branding, and performance alignment
- Improve Processes – Help document campaign steps, maintain naming conventions, and suggest ways to streamline marketing operations
