Responsibilities

• Support daily operations (e.g., onboarding and training of new drivers)
• Monitor and analyze key and positional data
• Lead campaigns to improve driver acceptance rates
• Ensure high customer service levels
• Contribute to strategy, organization, and execution of promotional activities
• Support marketing efforts for vehicles in Greece
