Requirements

• Recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Limited experience in sourcing roles, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Professional proficiency in the English language is required
• High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps
• CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Internet and electrical back-up in case of power outage
• With dedicated and professional-looking home office set-up

Responsibilities

• Assist senior sourcers in candidate sourcing efforts using various channels and tools
• Learn to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide updates
• Support recruitment projects and initiatives by conducting research and data analysis
• Contribute to building a diverse talent pipeline by actively seeking candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
• Participate in team meetings and learning sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in talent acquisition
• Uphold the client’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities
