Summary

Join Human Edge as a Junior Partner Development Manager and build impactful partnerships to fuel our mission. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, develop and execute partnership plans, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships to drive mutual value and accelerate business growth. You will collaborate internally, track success, lead co-marketing initiatives, monitor industry trends, represent Human Edge at events, and resolve partnership challenges. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-4 years of experience in business development or strategic alliances, preferably in Human Resources Services. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and experience with CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances preferably in the field of Human Resources Services
  • Proven ability to build, negotiate, and sustain impactful partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics and craft innovative partnership strategies
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
