Junior Procurement Specialist

Summary

Join Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, as Procurement Specialist and be responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience for customers and employees. Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities, scout and select suppliers, manage the end-to-end purchasing process, monitor trends, build business relationships, and handle operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of procurement experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal Fever teams to identify opportunities, understand their needs, aggregate and standardize goods and services to leverage purchasing power and optimize working capital
• Scout and select suppliers and negotiate contracts. Negotiations can be at a local, regional, or global level
• Manage the end to end purchasing process; including the implementation and execution of Fever’s purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and analyze trends in and outside the company and translate that into procurement strategies
• Build and maintain effective business relationships with suppliers and users
• Handle all operational day to day needs related to purchasing

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience in reviewing vendor contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, etc
