Junior Product Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Junior Product Analyst and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and project management skills and a background in client services, sales, or marketing. This role is open to candidates in the United States and Canada.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in client services, sales, or marketing roles
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience working with executives, senior stakeholders, or UHNWI
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
• Analytical thinker who can break down complex business problems
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Econ, Political Science, International Relations, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Support Associates and Managers on various product initiatives
• Translate business problems into clear, digestible narratives
• Participate in manual QA testing and help ensure quality standards
• Assist with communication between development, design, and client teams
• Present insights to executive stakeholders and help align goals
• Join Agile meetings like daily standups and sprint planning
• Gather and document user stories and acceptance criteria
• Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows
