  • Bachelor's degree in technical or medical fields or comparable experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in product-related and/or customer-facing positions: Product Management, Sales, Product Marketing, Technical Support, or Applications/Sales Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research which may include attending webinars and tradeshows, communicating with customers and partners, as well as learning from publications and reports
  • Develop products by understanding underlying problems and creating specifications, mock-ups, and requirement documents
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams by communicating requirements, drive progress, and manage product lifecycle activities
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Produce a variety of customer-facing content such as brochures, tradeshow presentations, training guides and social media videos
  • Champion our products by presenting to customers in webinars and events, or training partners and teammates how to effectively demonstrate product values and benefits
  • Assist Regulatory with documentation management, quality assurance and understanding global regulatory controls
  • Help other departments with data-driven strategies and ideas to achieve department and company goals

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Healthcare industry a plus but not required
