Summary

The job is for a Junior Project Manager in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The role involves executing design plans, attending regional design calls, tracking projects, and supporting senior project managers. The ideal candidate should have higher education in Construction, Business or Project Management, own a car, possess excellent communication skills, and have CAD experience (preferred).

Requirements

  • Higher Education in Construction, Business or Project Management
  • Own car with full driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Execute design schematics through Sketch-Up and develop formal design plans to distribute to client
  • Attend design calls within region
  • Take active notes during the call, record any follow-up items needed and ensure adjustments are executed
  • Track all projects within territory to ensure all checkpoints are being met
  • Introduction email to client, reception of design materials (from rep), delivery of design schematics to client, executing design call and order procurement
  • Input all Sales Documents, Design material, Picklist, and vendor orders into Planner
  • Verify in CRM to ensure scope of work is aligned
  • Organize inventory that has been returned to Trackman
  • Input into inventory list so items can be used for future builds
  • Support Sim Project Managers in daily operations to ensure seamless installation
  • Actively reviewing open leads within territory and providing operational support to help progress opportunity through pipeline

  • Build and maintain relationships easily
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analyze problems and provides well-thought-through solutions
  • Microsoft Office
  • CAD Experience preferred
