Junior Real Estate Business Developer in France

Summary

Ukio is a promising startup based in Spain with offices in various European cities. The company aims to empower individuals to live where they want by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market. Ukio is seeking a Real Estate Business Developer for its Paris team to build and develop partnerships with local agencies and brokers, acquire apartments that meet Ukio's standards, and manage existing relationships. The candidate should have experience in real estate, knowledge of the Paris real estate market, and excellent communication skills in French.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience working in real estate (residential or property development)
• In depth knowledge and familiarity with the real estate market and agencies in Paris
• Proven track record of managing complex legal residential leases
• Skilled negotiator and relationship manager
• Proven track record of excellence in surpassing sales targets
• Strong network in residential real estate in Paris (a plus for agencies connections)
• Excellent communication skills in French both verbal and written. Intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent supply pipeline of apartments that meet our standards
• Build a strong network with local agencies and residential real estate brokers
• Acquire and drive negotiations of long-term leases of high-quality apartments in desirable locations in Paris
• Manage and develop the existing relationships with agencies within the Ukio network
• Advocate and drive a strong reputation for Ukio in the sector
• Work and partner with various departments in effectively resolving landlord enquiries, challenges, and contracts
