Junior Business Development Manager in South Korea

Summary
The Junior Business Development Manager is responsible for scheduling business meetings with potential clients, marketing company products/services, preparing contracts, converting leads into customers, conducting calls and presentations, staying updated on fintech market developments, and providing daily reports. The candidate must have prior experience in B2B online sales or customer service, be proficient in English, Korean, and Japanese, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team, a strong sales orientation, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with Financial and Crypto Markets is also required. Experience in tech sales, software sales, SaaS, infrastructure products, White Label Platforms, or other relevant sales areas and a thorough understanding of crypto Spot FX, Metals, and CFD liquidity are preferred. The position offers a competitive salary, remote work format, and bonuses.
Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B online sales or customer service
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Proficient in spoken and written Korean and Japanese (native)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Motivated and self-starting individual with a strong sales orientation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with Financial and Crypto Markets
Responsibilities
- Schedule business meetings with potential clients
- Market the company's products/services by addressing or anticipating client needs
- Aid in the preparation of contracts to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Reach out to leads, convert them into customers, and nurture long-term relationships
- Conduct calls and presentations using various communication platforms
- Stay updated on developments in the fintech market on a regular basis
- Provide daily reports
Preferred Qualifications
