Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field
- 0-2 years of internship or work experience in recruitment, including exposure to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting various stages of the hiring process
- Proficiency in Google applications and Microsoft programs
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely responses and feedback
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
- Create, edit, and manage employee and candidate resumes in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Support the review and assessment process for take-home challenge submissions by conducting initial evaluations, ensuring that all submissions meet the outlined criteria and requirements
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
