Responsibilities

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Build Relationships: Assist in partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and support recruitment efforts
  • Innovative Sourcing: Use job boards and social media to source potential candidates
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and transparent recruitment journey
  • Support Recruitment Activities: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing recruitment databases
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant policies and procedures
