Join Beekeeper's Revenue Operations Team as a Junior Revenue Operations Manager! Support the acceleration of revenue growth by driving efficiency and productivity within the revenue team. You will be a key contributor to outbound sales and partner processes, managing the book of business and providing reporting support. This role requires data analysis to optimize processes and involves learning our sales tech stack. It's a 6-month contract with potential extension, offering significant growth opportunities. The position requires 1+ years of experience in revenue, sales operations, or business operations, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements
- 1+ years of working experience
- Experience in Revenue, Sales Operations or Business Operations
- Passion for learning and using revenue technology like SFDC, Gong/Chorus, Outreach/Salesloft, Showpad/Seismic
- Data analysis and maintenance
- Highly organized, diligent, detail-oriented, structured
- Strong desire to achieve operational excellence
- Resourceful, problem solver, independent and a self-starter
- Sense of urgency and understanding of when to escalate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
- High degree of flexibility in handling new assignments
- Highly computer literate and good at creating stand-out documents in GSuite and MS Office including strong demonstration of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of complex projects and initiatives, involving our tech stack and established processes
- Communicate necessary information related to projects to multiple stakeholders and team members
- Build knowledge of sales tech stack and sales process to identify new opportunities for improvements
- Execute projects and tasks on time
- Document and train on new processes and system functionality
- Establish and maintain key reporting and analytics in Salesforce.com, with a focus on early funnel and pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience in a technology or SaaS company
- Working experience with Inbound and Outbound processes, like prospecting, territory/book of business management, and early funnel management
- Experience with B2B SaaS tech stack like Salesforce.com, Outreach/SalesLoft, Gong/Chorus, RingLead/LeanData, Showpad/Seismic
- Used to working with different cultural backgrounds across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree
- Project Management experience or experience in supporting internal projects
