This remote position, open to candidates in the US and Canada, requires 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or deal desk management within a B2B SaaS or security company. You will design and improve sales operations processes, optimize Salesforce CRM workflows, develop KPIs, and collaborate with various teams. Requirements
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, deal desk management, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or security company
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM (certification is a plus) and experience with CPQ tools; familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes across revenue functions
- A team player who excels at aligning diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail in contract and deal execution
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and continuously improve sales operations processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and finance
- Optimize Salesforce CRM workflows, including data management, reporting, and pipeline forecasting accuracy
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure pipeline health, revenue performance, and sales productivity
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to align on lead management, MQL routing, and campaign attribution
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the sales process, improving deal velocity and win rates
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to review and process quotes, contracts, and pricing approvals efficiently and accurately
- Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, discount structures, and deal terms to ensure profitability and compliance
- Establish scalable processes for handling complex deal scenarios, including non-standard terms and customer requests
- Maintain and improve Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools to streamline deal management and execution
- Serve as the main point of contact for deal-related questions and ensure timely resolution of issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cybersecurity or identity industries
- Familiarity with advanced pricing models and contract management workflows
- Background in mentoring or managing junior team members
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in Business, Marketing, or related fields
