Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in data entry and backoffice skills
  • Exceptional customer service, combined with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Excel in managing competing demands, utilizing time wisely, and quickly adapting to new tasks while maintaining high-quality results in all areas
  • Pay close attention to the small aspects of a task or situation
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work
  • High School diploma
  • B2 or C1 CEFR English communication skills or similar English language level
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Schedule availability between 5am to 9pm with weekend schedules that can range from Sat-Wed; Wed-Sun; etc
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Customer service abilities, with excellent chat and phone communication skills, ensuring a professional and positive experience
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, identifying patterns, trends, and insights that others might overlook

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through chats, text, voice, and emails
  • Maintain the integrity of the database by ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Work with and understand offerings of over 20 insurance carriers to quote policies for auto, home, renters, etc
  • Follow SOPs to produce customer insurance quotes based on profile details
  • Run insurance history reports to ensure proper rating
  • Publish and send finalized rates to customers
  • Manage existing customer accounts for personal insurance policies through email, text, and chat
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and fun
  • Be open to changes and updates in procedures
  • Understand and work with offerings from over 20 insurance carriers to quote policies for auto, home, renters, and more
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to generate accurate customer insurance quotes based on profile details
  • Run insurance history reports to ensure proper rating and compliance
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data within the database
  • Publish and send finalized rates to customers promptly
