Requirements
- At least 5+ yearsβ experience with a healthcare background specific to paid digital (agency or client side)
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads and Bing Ads
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Manager, SEM Strategy, and the Associate Director of Performance Marketing
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with the Sales team, Client Leads, and the Programmatic & Social Strategy Manager
- Interact with Account Management and Ad Operations teams
- Present a unified recommendation for Performance Marketing using the All-In core offering, with direct ownership of the SEM portion of the recommendations
- Provide budget recommendations as requested from the Sales and Client Services team, and work collaboratively with client teams as needed
- Develop presentations or training sessions for clients to explain SEM strategies, industry trends, and performance data
- Provide forward-thinking recommendations for upsells or budget reallocations based on campaign performance and industry shifts
- Assist with RFPs from a client strategy perspective
- Pull data as needed or work with data teams together on information for RFPs as needed
- Ensure all campaigns comply with HIPAA, PHI, and other sensitive healthcare regulations, providing best practices and strategic guidance
- Support CMs/Sales/Client Leads with ad hoc strategy & support, campaign optimizations, inquiries, etc., as needed in tandem with other resources
- Ongoing refinement and development of keyword templates
- Assist with campaign audits and reviews
- Support CMs/Sales/Client Leads on select client calls from a strategy/backup perspective as needed, in tandem with other resources
- Create tailored SEM strategies based on client-specific goals, service lines, and geographic priorities
- Regularly assess campaign performance with ad ops team, and implement refinements to maximize efficiency and achieve KPIs
- Partner with platforms like Google and Bing to pilot new features and products, evaluating their potential for healthcare clients
- Dig into & research digital strategy trends as needed for the company
- Look into platform changes, updates, product features, and trends
- Meet with Google reps as needed
- Serve as a mentor to junior SEM team members, helping them grow their knowledge of healthcare-focused SEM strategies
- Stay up to date on SEM certifications and trends, providing ongoing training to the team to align with industry changes
- Research the next steps and strategy and provide recommendations on any deployments needed
- Support the education, roll-out, and next steps of any product adoptions, updates or changes
- Assist with the implementations of initiatives as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare SEM campaigns, including sensitive targeting strategies and compliance expertise
