Junior Service Desk Engineer

Summary

Join WPP as a Support Technician and provide 24/7 global remote technical support to staff. This role requires expertise in both Mac and Windows operating systems, troubleshooting various applications, and managing user accounts. You will handle desktop issues, support in-house agency facilities, and administer O365 licenses. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Azure is highly valued. The position demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Possess a basic understanding of computer network concepts
• Understand computer management software
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate a general “can-do” service attitude
• Possess excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities within tight deadlines
• Possess excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to staff across the Globe
• Work 24x7 with rotational shifts and rotational week offs
• Provide technical support for desktop issues both MAC and Windows throughout the company
• Support users across Hogarth 24x7
• Provide technical support for in-house agency facilities
• Provide Adobe Creative Cloud support, experience in troubleshooting Adobe Products
• Provide Microsoft Office support including O365 License Administration and Management
• Demonstrate good understanding and troubleshooting skills of general applications used by end users such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint etc
• Create User Account /Mailbox, Distribution/Security Groups in Active Directory

Preferred Qualifications

• Have media background/worked in Marketing Communications as a support technician
• Have experience of supporting Windows operating systems and MAC
• Have Active Directory experience
• Have ITIL v3 Foundation knowledge and certification
• Have knowledge of ARD / Microsoft Remote Desktop and of Connectors (Video / Audio/ Networking/ Fibre)
• Have Microsoft Azure Experience
• Have RPA knowledge
• Have VB scripting skills
