Junior Account Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Junior Account Manager and play a vital role in the daily operations of the account, responding to major multi-million dollar Global briefs, and working with the account director and account executive on offline planning.

Responsibilities

• Gain the trust and build a strong relationship with the client by demonstrating your knowledge, a strong work ethic and dedication to high quality solutions to business needs
• Work with internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible service for clients
• Act as the go to for internal partners on all things offline and account management
• Organising a variety of meetings internally and externally
• Help to ensure the smooth management of account finances and administrative tasks
• Confidence in managing upwards and escalating potential issues quickly to the Account Director and broader team
• Guiding the Account Executive in their learning and day to day duties
• Support the Account Director in local market coordination, driving innovation and brand stewardship regionally within each market – interrogating responses and feeding back effectively
