Summary
Join our team as a Junior Staff Accountant and assist the Accounting team in providing financial support services, including accounts receivable, payable, payroll processing, and fixed assets tracking. As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for performing various accounting functions, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience preferred (or 2 years administration assistant experience)
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, and work in an organized, detailed manner
- Process-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to details
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages (like QuickBooks) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounting team in providing financial support services
- Process accounts receivable and credit and collection functions
- Process accounts payable function
- Perform payroll processing functions
- Support month-end and year-end close process
