Requirements

  • You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic
  • You have strong quantitative and analytical skills and are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience in ERP (e.g. NetSuite) systems is a plus
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You have a first experience in supply chain, logistics or operations either through your studies or from working in the ecommerce space
  • You are a self-starter, keen to learn and develop at pace with an analytical mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive the preparation of product data into our ERP systems and ensure a high standard of data quality across all our data systems
  • Publish products and campaigns onsite in line with our content-driven e-commerce approach, thus supporting a big part of the buy-to-online process and an essential part of our day-to-day business
  • Manage communication on inbound operations with our partner warehouse and ensure that the agreed service levels are adhered to
  • Align on a go-live roadmap with other stakeholders across the business from activation to our in-house creative studio
  • Drive improvements around these topics across teams and ensure process documentation
