Requirements
- A business administration degree or successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the HR field
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in recruiting tech positions, ideally in in-house recruiting or personnel consulting
- Agility, empathy, communication skills, as well as independent and reliable working methods
- Responsibility and high service orientation
- Fluent German and very good English skills
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the recruiting process for various tech positions within the company
- Conduct briefing calls in close consultation with our department heads, as well as analyze and select suitable recruiting channels
- Professional approach and selection of candidates via active sourcing, as well as initial pre-qualification of applications
- Conduct initial telephone interviews, organize and accompany the application process as the central contact person, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Contribute to university marketing as well as planning and participation in recruiting events
Preferred Qualifications
Good IT application skills (MS Office), very good experience with sourcing strategies and channels, and initial experience with applicant management tools are advantageous
