As a Junior IT Recruiter, you will source, screen, and manage IT candidates, working closely with senior recruiters and clients. You will conduct initial candidate screening, build candidate relationships, coordinate interviews, and support the senior recruitment team. Stay informed on tech industry trends and job market developments. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year of IT recruitment experience, understanding of IT roles and technologies, experience with ATS platforms, and strong communication skills. Fluency in Greek and English is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or at an agency)
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g. developers, engineers, system admins, DevOps)
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial sourcing and screening of IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and stay connected with them throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, provide feedback, and manage follow-ups
- Support the senior recruitment team with job posting, candidate outreach, and other recruitment tasks
- Stay informed on tech industry trends and job market developments
