Requirements
- Proven success in delivering revenue growth within capital sales
- Strong team-building and leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional skills in business forecasting and CRM utilization (Salesforce proficiency is a must)
- Ability to align cross-functional efforts to achieve strategic business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in capital sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets for robotic system sales in assigned territories
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive predictable business growth
- Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a results-driven sales team
- Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence
- Build and maintain highly accurate, data-driven revenue forecasts
- Use Salesforce (SFDC) to actively manage the sales funnel and pipeline, ensuring consistency and predictability in sales performance
- Ensure rigorous use of Salesforce to track leads, manage opportunities, and measure progress against sales goals
- Implement best practices for funnel management, ensuring transparency and consistency across the sales process
- Cultivate and expand executive-level relationships within strategic health systems
- Develop creative solutions to overcome barriers to adoption and drive program expansion
- Partner with marketing, clinical sales, and engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and product adoption
- Provide actionable market feedback to influence product strategy and improvements
