Summary
Join our team as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in B2B industrial sales, focusing on the paper, cardboard, and packaging industry. This remote role, based in San Antonio with frequent travel, involves managing key accounts, expanding into new territories, and developing new business. You will build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, manage the complete sales cycle, and adapt to the changing US-Mexico trade environment. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, results-oriented, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills. This opportunity offers aggressive commissions, the chance to build your own portfolio, and the support of a growing company.
Requirements
- Have previous experience in B2B sales in the paper, cardboard, and/or packaging industry
- Be highly energetic and willing to travel
- Ideally reside in El Paso, San Antonio, Austin, or JuΓ‘rez and work in the USA
- Possess high communication skills with business owners and directors
- Have native or advanced English + Spanish
- Have analytical skills and good handling of numbers for proposals and quotes
- Acquire 2 new clients per month (key metric in the US)
- Monitor and report in CRM and internal GPS (monitoring trips and visits)
- Conduct commercial visits as the main management metric
- Achieve a monthly sales quota according to the potential of each territory
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial relationships with defined key accounts
- Expand into new territories
- Develop new business in your assigned region
- Visit prospects and B2B clients
- Manage the complete industrial sales cycle
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the management level
- Adapt to the environment of tariff uncertainty between Mexico and the US
- Defend competitive prices in the face of variable tariffs
- Strategically identify key accounts in a market with fewer but larger companies

- Background in corporate customer service is valued
- Have excellent presence, self-confidence, and self-motivation
