Summary
Join ADLINK as a Vertical Key Account Manager β Healthcare and expand our presence in the healthcare sector. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in Embedded Technology, or the Medical and Healthcare industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on vertical markets
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including its unique challenges and growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by managing key healthcare accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Set and achieve clear sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual goals
- Develop and execute healthcare-specific sales strategies, adjusting to market trends and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market opportunities
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools, identifying areas for improvement and executing action plans to close gaps
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management, highlighting key wins and opportunities for growth
