Requirements

  • Demonstrate a history of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs related to customer growth, retention, and upselling in previous roles
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines while achieving growth objectives
  • Show a strong commercial mindset with experience in consultative selling, upselling, and driving feature adoption
  • Handle interactions with high-level decision-makers and busy salespeople with confidence and flexibility, tailoring your approach to different personalities and schedules

Responsibilities

  • Manage Goodlordโ€™s largest accounts and drive growth through strategic upselling and retention initiatives
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of Goodlordโ€™s largest and most strategic accounts, focusing on maximising growth opportunities and delivering exceptional value to our clients
